Privacy
What we collect, and why.
Who is responsible
Innovate d.o.o., Ljubljana, Slovenia. Contact for anything to do with your data: bruno@innovate.si.
What we store
When you sign up for updates, we store your email address and the date you signed up. Nothing else: no name, no location, no training data.
Why
To send you a short hello, and the occasional piece of news about goni.si. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by signing up and can withdraw at any time.
Where it is stored
We store email addresses and send our emails through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA), which acts as our processor. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses. We don't sell your address or share it with anyone else.
How long
Until you unsubscribe. When you do, we delete your address from the list.
How to unsubscribe
Click the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or reply with the word “stop”. You can also write to bruno@innovate.si.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
Cookies and analytics
We count visits with Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.). Without your consent it runs without cookies and without any advertising features: Google only receives anonymous page-view data (the page, device type and country). If you click “Allow” in the banner, Google Analytics may set _ga cookies to count return visits, for up to 14 months. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.
You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings. If you withdraw consent, we delete the _ga cookies.
When you pick the site language yourself (SL, HR or EN), we store a strictly necessary site_lang cookie with that choice in your browser, so goni.si opens the same version next time. It is kept for one year and used for nothing else.
The goni.si app
You sign in to the app (app.goni.si) with your email address: we send you a sign-in link (via Resend), and after that a session cookie, which the app needs to work, keeps you signed in. We store your rides (the summary and the second-by-second data: power, cadence, speed, heart rate and, on road rides, your position on the route) and your settings (such as FTP, weight, height and goal) in your account, so you see them on all your devices. They are kept with Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) in the EU for as long as you have an account; you can delete them at any time in the app's Settings (“Delete my data on the server”) or by emailing us. Heart rate is health data: storing it is on by default, and you can turn it off in Settings (“Store heart rate in my account”), which also removes it from rides already stored. Sample (demo) rides are never stored. If you connect Strava or intervals.icu yourself, we keep that connection and the app sends a ride there when you choose to. Visits to the app are counted the same way as on this site.
